Meet Rick
Our Founder and Director of Operations/Training
As Director of Operations/Training, Rick Poe is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in aviation security, law enforcement, and military service. With extensive experience and expertise in various domains, Rick has proven himself as an Aviation Security Specialist, Weapons (small arms) Instructor, and Defensive Tactics Instructor.
Rick holds the distinguished title of a Texas Commission of Law Enforcement (TCOLE) Police Instructor, registered under PID# 419929. Additionally, he is a certified NRA Firearms Instructor and Range Safety Officer, bearing registration number 169652791.
Drawing upon his military background, Rick is a former U.S. Army Special Operation Forces member, where he honed his skills and gained invaluable tactical knowledge. Furthermore, he is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), a prestigious institution known for producing top-tier law enforcement professionals.
Rick's commitment to personal and public safety extends to the field of aviation. He is a Certified Flight Instructor and Airline Transport Pilot, equipped with a comprehensive understanding of aeronautical science, which he acquired during his studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree.
Acknowledging the importance of continuous development, Rick completed the Protective Security Operations Certification Course offered by Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts LLC. This certification further enhances his ability to provide comprehensive security solutions.
With his extensive qualifications, Rick is well-prepared to undertake demanding security and law enforcement challenges. His expertise and dedication are evident in his track record of excellence.
